Hiring rooms at our hubs
We have spaces available to hire at both Hope House in Beeston and Carlton Community Hub in Carlton which are ideal spaces for birthday parties, meetings or community activities. All proceeds from hiring help towards funding our charitable work and Hope Nottingham's long-term sustainability. Prices below are for ad-hoc hiring, please tell us if you are considering a longer-term hire as rates may be negotiable dependant on the terms and whether the hire is aligned with our vision, mission and values.

The Lower Hall at Hope House offers a flexible space that can be used for parties, meetings, activity classes or a range of other uses. The hall has a kitchen with serving hatch. Toilets are located off the entrance hallway. Chairs and long tables are available if required.

The Main Hall at Hope House is a large welcoming space that can be used for parties, meetings, performances, activity classes or a range of other uses. The hall has a catering kitchen which opens onto the main space and a small stage area. Toilets (including disabled and baby changing facilities) are located in the adjacent hallway. Chairs and tables are available as shown although you may stack or fold these if required, returning the hall as found ready for our community activities next day.

The hall at Carlton Community Hub is a bright, inviting space ideal for a range of uses and functions. The hall has a small kitchen with serving hatch. Toilets are located at the rear of the main space. Chairs and tables are available and will be laid out as pictured but can be folded down or moved if returned ready for our next day community activities.

Both our sites are alcohol-free, so no intoxicating drinks are permitted on the premises.

Smoking and/or vaping are not permitted on any part of either site, including the car park.

Both our locations are in residential areas. Therefore events must end at 10pm latest with an additional 30 minutes for clearing the premises.

Use of kitchen facilities needs to be notified in advance on the booking form, and any cooking or onsite food preparation and food safety is the hirer's responsibility.

Animals (other than guide dogs) are not permitted on the premises.
