New Trustees

Hope Nottingham is looking for three new trustees who can make a significant contribution to the Board by being able to share their knowledge, expertise and experience. Trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity, its financial health and the governance of its activities. We are particularly keen to hear from local people with a background in:

* Public Relations and Marketing

* Fundraising

* Employment Programmes

Successful applicants must be able to attend 6-9 Board Meetings (evenings) per year in West Nottingham and are encouraged to lead or contribute to ad hoc working groups.

Hope Nottingham is a registered charity established in 2010 based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. It networks with local churches and agencies to provide relief from poverty, sickness and distress to vulnerable people in local communities and work alongside them to establish sustainable and fulfilled lifestyles. The organisation has grown and developed organically and now seeks to become more strategic in its outlook by strengthening the Board of Trustees with specific skills and experience.

Becoming a Trustee offers the opportunity for both personal and professional development and is highly rewarding. You will be part of a team of skilled people who are passionate about giving up their own time to help others. Training will be provided where necessary and you will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with your role.
